Description
The Wisewater 130W hot water recirculating pump is designed for water circulation in closed-loop heating systems. It can be installed in residential and light commercial applications including hydronic radiant heating, boiler systems, solar water heating, domestic hot water recirculation, manifold systems, sidearm heat exchangers, and swimming pool heating loops.
The pump uses a three-speed manual selector that allows users to adjust the operating power according to system requirements. Three selectable power settings of 55W, 90W, and 130W provide different flow and head performance. At the highest speed, the pump delivers a maximum flow rate of 13 GPM with a maximum head of 24 ft.

Three-Speed Manual Operation
The built-in three-position switch allows manual adjustment without additional controllers.
- Speed I – 55W
- Speed II – 90W
- Speed III – 130W
Different operating speeds can be selected based on heating demand and system resistance. The maximum flow rate is 13 GPM, with head options up to 24 ft.
Wet Rotor Design
The pump adopts a wet rotor structure, allowing the circulating water to lubricate the internal bearing during operation. This design eliminates the need for mechanical seals and routine lubrication.
The ceramic bearing is resistant to corrosion and high operating temperatures, helping maintain stable operation under normal heating system conditions.
Pump Materials
The pump housing and pump head are made of cast iron for closed-loop heating systems.
The impeller is manufactured from PES engineering plastic, providing dimensional stability under elevated water temperatures.
The ceramic bearing is designed for continuous water circulation applications and resists wear under normal operating conditions.
The motor uses a copper winding and is suitable for 110V residential power supply.
The pump operates with:

Installation
The pump is supplied with installation hardware for standard piping connections.
Package includes:
- Two 1" FNPT flanges
- Two sealing gaskets
- Four bolts
- Four nuts
The standard 1-inch FNPT connection allows installation into compatible hydronic piping systems using common hand tools.
The power cord is approximately 3.46 ft long and includes a standard U.S. plug.
Installation Notes:
1. Pump shaft must be installed horizontally, don't install
inverted or vertically.
2. Before installing, make sure the pipeline is connectedwell and cleaned to avoid impurities or welding debrisfrom entering the pump.
3. The direction of water flow should be aligned with the
arrow on the pump body.
Maintenance
The wet rotor design does not require replacement of mechanical seals or couplers during normal operation.
Periodic inspection of the piping system and removal of trapped air are recommended to maintain proper circulation performance.
