Description
Alfa Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger is used as an evaporator in the air dryer. Its main role is to recycle the cold capacity carried by the compressed air after being cooled by the evaporator. Meanwhile, use the cold capacity(or refrigerants) to cooling the higher temperature compressed air which carries a large amount of water vapor down to the dew point temperature 2～10℃, and remove the moisture in the air through the air-water separator to reduce the heat load of the refrigerating and drying system of the chiller and save energy. And compared with traditional air dryers, alfa plate heat exchanger for air dryers are smaller and easier to install.
