Titanium Heat Exchanger - 55K Btu for Salt Pool Heating Opposite Side 1" & 3/4" FPT

WiseWater Swimming Pool Heat Exchangers have an innovative spiral-twisted corrugated tube design that is engineered to maximize solar or boiler energy, increasing the overall thermal efficiency of the system. The tube's design also ensures high velocities inside the unit, making our Swimming Pool heat exchanger a very reliable, efficient and cost-effective way to transfer heat indirectly between any hot water circuit, steam circuit and any pool or spa application. Shell and tube heat exchangers also have this model with the same side ports.

  • Heat salt water can up to 4,000 gallon 55 kBtu/hr----based on 60°C (140°F) temperature difference between incoming heating and heated water
  • 1" FPT opposite side for pool water and 3/4" FPT for hot water; Wattage:16KW
  • Fully made of anti-corrosion 99.99% purity titanium and titanium filling material for welding. Titanium is highly recommended for salt water systems, as it is the only SPHE material that can withstand that type of water.
  • Application in Pool/Spa/Hot Tub Heating, Residential and Industrial Applications, Water Heating, Forced Air Heating Systems, Floor Heating, Snow Melting, Solar Hot Water Heating, Outdoor Wood Furnaces, Solar Pool Heating System
  • This product has a 5-year warranty against manufacturer's defects and is UL listed.

FAQ and Support
Tips for operation:
For start-up, open the valves gradually to increase flow and pressure in the unit. Then let cold water into the system, followed by hot water. Be sure to check the connections for leaks. When you're done using the heat exchanger, stop the hot water supply first and then the cold water supply.
