Description
The WiseWater 110V hot water recirculating pump is designed for water circulation in closed-loop heating systems. It is suitable for residential and light commercial applications including hydronic radiant floor heating, boiler systems, domestic hot water recirculation, solar water heating, sidearm heat exchangers, heating manifolds, and swimming pool heating loops.
The pump features a three-speed manual selector with operating power options of 55W, 90W, and 130W, allowing the circulation rate to be adjusted according to different system requirements. At the highest setting, the pump provides a maximum flow rate of 13 GPM with a maximum head of 24 ft.

Three-Speed Manual Control
The built-in speed selector allows manual adjustment without additional controllers.

Wet Rotor Construction
The pump uses a wet rotor design in which circulating water lubricates the internal bearing during operation. This design eliminates mechanical seals and does not require routine lubrication under normal operating conditions.
The ceramic bearing is suitable for continuous hot water circulation and is designed for resistance to wear and elevated temperatures.
Pump Construction
The pump housing and pump head are manufactured from cast iron for closed-loop water circulation systems.
The impeller is made from PES engineering plastic, providing dimensional stability under elevated water temperatures.
The motor uses copper windings and operates on a standard 110V power supply with a 3.46 ft power cord and U.S. plug.

Installation
The pump includes the hardware required for installation with standard 1-inch FNPT connections.
Included in the package:
- Two 1" FNPT flanges
- Two sealing gaskets
- Four bolts
- Four nuts
The supplied fittings allow installation into compatible hydronic piping systems using common installation tools.
Installation Notes:
1. Pump shaft must be installed horizontally, don't install
inverted or vertically.
2. Before installing, make sure the pipeline is connectedwell and cleaned to avoid impurities or welding debrisfrom entering the pump.
3. The direction of water flow should be aligned with the
arrow on the pump body.
