Description
The WiseWater 110V hot water recirculating pump is designed for water circulation in closed-loop heating systems. It is suitable for residential heating applications such as boiler systems, hydronic radiant heating, solar water heating, and domestic hot water recirculation.
The pump supports a maximum flow rate of 12.6 GPM and provides a three-speed manual control system with power levels of 46W, 67W, and 93W, allowing adjustment based on system requirements. The maximum head is up to 20 ft.
The pump is designed to improve water circulation in heating systems by maintaining continuous flow within closed loops. It helps distribute heated water from the heat source to different heating terminals such as radiators or floor heating pipes.

3-Speed Manual Control
The pump is equipped with a built-in three-speed selector switch for manual operation.
- Speed I: 46W
- Speed II: 67W
- Speed III: 93W
The speed can be selected according to system resistance and required circulation performance.
Pump Construction and Materials
The pump head is made of cast iron, designed for use in closed-loop heating systems.
The housing is made of aluminum alloy, providing structural support for continuous operation.
The impeller is made of PP material, designed for water circulation applications.
The motor uses copper winding, supporting stable operation under standard 110V power supply.
The pump includes ceramic bearings, which are suitable for continuous wet-rotor operation.
A built-in check valve helps reduce reverse flow in the system.
Application Areas
This circulation pump is suitable for closed-loop hot water and heating systems, including:
- Hydronic radiant floor heating
- Boiler circulation systems
- Solar water heating systems
- Domestic hot water recirculation
- Radiator heating systems
- Underfloor heating systems
- Sidearm heat exchangers
- Residential heating circulation loops
Installation
The pump uses 1" FNPT flanges for connection to compatible piping systems.
Installation accessories include:
- Flanges
- Gaskets
- Bolts and nuts
The detachable flange design supports installation and basic maintenance operations.
- The pump should be installed in a closed-loop system only
- Ensure proper venting of air in the system before operation
- Do not operate dry
- Follow system pressure limits within rated specifications
Installation Notes:
1. Pump shaft must be installed horizontally, don't install
inverted or vertically.
2. Before installing, make sure the pipeline is connectedwell and cleaned to avoid impurities or welding debrisfrom entering the pump.
3. The direction of water flow should be aligned with the
arrow on the pump body.
