Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger - 55K for Swimming Pool Heating 316L Same Side 1" & 3/4" FPT

AB Swimming Pool Heat Exchangers have an innovative spiral-twisted corrugated tube design that is engineered to maximize solar or boiler energy, increasing the overall thermal efficiency of the system. The tube's design also ensures high velocities inside the unit, making our Swimming Pool heat exchanger a very reliable, efficient and cost effective way to transfer heat indirectly between any hot water circuit, steam circuit and any pool or spa application. We also have this model with opposite side ports to suitable for different installation space.

  • Pool heating capacity up to 4000 gallon 55 kBtu/hr fresh pool based on 60°C (140°F) temperature difference between incoming heating and heated water;
  • 1" FPT same side for pool water and 3/4" FPT for hot water;
  • Application in pool/spa/hot tub heating, outdoor wood furnaces, hydronic heating, forced air heating, floor radiant heating, snow melting, solar water heating;
  • This product has a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects and is UL listed

FAQ and Support
Tips for operation:
For start-up, open the valves gradually to increase flow and pressure in the unit. Then let cold water into the system, followed by hot water. Be sure to check the connections for leaks. When you're done using the heat exchanger, stop the hot water supply first and then the cold water supply.
