WiseWater 1/2" PEX x 1/2" FNPT Swivel Adapter Kit, Lead-Free DZR Brass Fittings with Crimp Rings and Clamps, 4-Pack

4 PCS 1/2" PEX x 1/2" FNPT swivel fittings kit designed for PEX-to-threaded plumbing connections. The fittings are made of lead-free brass and are intended for use with standard PEX-B crimp systems. Each set includes stainless steel clamps and copper crimp rings to support installation on PEX tubing.

The swivel connection design incorporates an internal sealing ring within the plastic nut, allowing a sealed threaded connection while enabling rotation during installation. The wingnut structure helps position the fitting without twisting the tubing, making alignment easier in tight installation areas.

The swivel design allows rotation during installation to help alignment in confined plumbing spaces.

The fittings are designed for 1/2" PEX tubing on one side and 1/2" female NPT threaded connections on the other side. The body is made from DZR brass, intended for corrosion resistance in water distribution systems. The swivel nut is manufactured from PA66 nylon to allow smooth rotation during installation and adjustment. The sealing interface uses an internal rubber gasket to provide sealing against compatible male threaded fittings. The assembly is rated for operation up to 160°F (71°C) and 125 PSI under typical hot and cold water plumbing conditions, and is intended for use with standard PEX crimp systems.

The main body is constructed from dezincification-resistant brass (DZR brass), which is commonly used in potable water plumbing components. The swivel nut is made of PA66 engineering nylon to support repeated adjustment without thread binding. Stainless steel clamps and copper crimp rings are used for securing the PEX tubing connection, while the internal sealing is achieved through a rubber gasket designed for threaded interface sealing.

The swivel adapter is designed to allow rotation of the threaded connection during installation, which reduces stress on PEX tubing when aligning fittings in confined or difficult-to-access spaces. The threaded female end connects to standard male NPT fittings, while the PEX side is secured using a crimp ring and clamp system. The overall structure is intended to support both hot and cold water distribution lines in residential and light commercial plumbing systems where PEX piping is used.

Installation is performed by inserting the PEX tubing fully into the fitting, then securing it using a standard crimp tool with the supplied copper ring and stainless steel clamp. After the PEX connection is completed, the FNPT threaded end is connected to a compatible male threaded fitting. The swivel design allows final positioning adjustments after tightening, which helps with alignment in compact installation areas. Crimp tools are required but not included in the kit.
